Harwood Capital LLP ("HC LLP") was incorporated in 2003 and is the investment manager of the Harwood Private Clients and Rockwood Strategic PLC.
HC LLP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harwood Capital Management Limited and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), authorisation number 224915.
Led by Christopher Mills, the funds managed and advised by HC LLP follow an active value approach towards the businesses in which they invest.

North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC ("NASCIT")
With net assets of £878m (as at 30th June 2021) NASCIT is Harwood's flagship investment trust having generated annualised returns of c.14% per annum since Mr Mills began managing it in the early 1980s.
The Company is a closed-ended investment company within the meaning of Section 833 of the Companies Act 2006 whose shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The objective of the Company is to provide capital appreciation through investment in a portfolio of smaller companies principally based in countries bordering the North Atlantic Ocean. The Company invests in both listed and unquoted companies.
Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx")
The Company is a Guernsey Authorised Closed-Ended Collective Investment Scheme pursuant to the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 1987, as amended, and the Authorised Closed Ended Investment Scheme Rules 2008 issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. The Company has a premium listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The investment manager to Oryx is Harwood Capital Management (Gibraltar) Limited.
The Company's objective is to seek consistently high absolute returns while maintaining a low level of risk principally through investment in medium and small sized quoted and unquoted companies in the United Kingdom and the United States.

The Company is a closed-ended investment company within the meaning of Section 833 of the Companies Act 2006 whose shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The Company's objective is to deliver attractive returns by investing in higher quality businesses and supporting them to become even better. Odyssean Capital invests in a concentrated portfolio of well researched smaller companies, typically too small for inclusion in the FTSE 250. Constructive corporate engagement is a key part of Odyssean's approach, drawing on the investment team's lengthy and successful track record in this area.
